The Dimensions of the Mind

Fear Dimension:
Here, we’ll utilize the example of realising the Childhood Fear of having faced a Responsibility/Obligation of Homework/Dishes/Cleaning the room, as for example:
I realised that as a Child, with facing responsibilities/obligations such as homework/cleaning the room/washing dishes that I would experience a Fear, and within that a resistance as all I could think about was me WANTING to play/have fun/go outside and that me having to tend to a responsibility/obligation would “take that away from me”, losing MY WANT. And so see, realise and understand how I had throughout my Life developed this Postponement Character, because through Postponement – I could have MORE of MY WANT, and regarding my responsibilities/obligations, can give that 10% attention or no attention at all, that I would even go to the extent of not doing them at all and sabotage/compromise many opportunities throughout my life without a ‘care’ because my ‘care’ had been focussed on the attention of MY WANTS, even at the cost/expense of my life in this World/Reality.
Thought Dimension:
Here we’ll utilize the example of the Thought manifesting of seeing self bored in front of the computer/laptop/book, like in the image/picture as the Thought that came up, one is sitting slouched in front of the task/assignment/writings and the general imprint of the Thought manifest/initiate the process that will take one into justifying/validating/excusing to NOT complete the responsibility at hand.
Imagination Dimension:
Here we’ll utilize the example of, from the Thought that was seeing oneself as an Image of sitting in front of the computer slouched/bored to Imagination of Projecting in the Mind ‘how long it’s going to take to complete the writing/task/assignment’, then Imagining/Projecting not having the sufficient information yet and how long it’s going to take to get all the information ready and comparing that to the amount of time one have left in the day to do OTHER things, and then Imagining/Projecting how much more fun/relaxing it would be to go for a walk, to look at others things/do other things compared to having to sit down now and complete the task/writing/assignment.
To remember here, is that the Imagination Dimension – one will see a “Play Out”, like a “Scene” in one’s Mind. The Thought Dimension is only ONE IMAGE, ONE MEMORY, like a picture, whereas the Imagination Dimension one will see an entire play out of a scene/scenario.
Backchat Dimension:
Dimension 1:
From the Negative Thought, the Imagination and the Backchat will also only be negative – creating a resistance in one’s Mind to/towards what one is physically, practically doing.
Dimension 2:
From the Positive Thought, the Imagination and the Backchat will also be positive – in doing something other than what one is physically, practically doing and so with creating a Positive in the Mind, create a negative/resistance to/as what one is physically, practically doing.
Dimension 3:
This Dimension is where the Mind can ‘play’ with the positive and the negative existing simultaneously in the Imagination and the Backchat from/of the initial Thought that was either Positive/Negative, for example:
Dimension 3.1:
One will in the Imagination create a Negative to the responsibility and a Positive to something else, then – in one’s Backchat, one may ONLY have internal conversations related to the Positive Something Else, such as “Let me rather do this/that” and so follow the Positive Imagination Something Else and walk away from the Negative one had created to the responsibility in reality within one’s Mind.
Dimension 3.2
One will in the Imagination create a Negative to the responsibility and a Positive to something Else, then – in one’s Backchat, one may ONLY have internal conversations related to the Negative as Responsibility, such as “I really don’t want to do this right now” and so follow the Positive Imagination Something Else and walk away from the Negative one had created to the responsibility in reality within one’s Mind.
Dimension 3.3
One will in the Imagination create a Negative to the responsibility and a Positive to something Else, then – in one’s Backchat, have Internal Conversations/Backchat as response to BOTH the Imaginations, such as “I really don’t want to do this right now” as the response to the Negative one created to the responsibility, and then “I really want to go and do this/that” as the response to the Positive something else, and so in that follow the Positive Energy/Imagination in doing something else.
Reaction Dimension:
Thus, in this REACTION-Dimension, when we’re going to walk the Self-Forgiveness and Self-Commitments, one will notice that we’ll again mention the Thought Dimension, Imagination Dimension and Backchat Dimension within the context of the ‘energy relationship’ of emotion/feeling that was attached to/as the Thought, Imagination and Backchat. In this, what the Self-Forgiveness assist and support with is severing/releasing the ENERGY-relationship to/as the Dimensions of Thought, Imagination and Backchat for self to, instead of having an automated energy-relationship to such Dimensions, be able to stand in the face of it within self-awareness and self-directive will. So, through self-forgiveness, within the context of the REACTION Dimension, one assists and supports self to change one’s relationship to the Dimensions from an energy-experienced connection, to a self-aware seeing.
REACTION Dimension Self Forgivenesses:
Thought Energy-Relationship Self- Forgiveness
Imagination Energy-Relationship Self-Forgiveness
Backchat Energy-Relationship Forgiveness
Reaction Self-Forgiveness (defining who I am into and as energy-experiences)
Physical / Behavior Dimension:
The example we’re going to utilize here within the Postponement Character is noticing the Internal Physical Changes and External Physical Changes as the Dimensions of the Negative and the Positive Activated as follows:
Negative Dimensions Internal Changes:
When and as I was participating in the boredom and apathy that was coming up in my thoughts, backchats and reactions, my shoulders started tightening and in the pit of my stomach could experience a cramping/cringing. My eyes also started feeling heavy.
Positive Dimensions Internal Changes:
When and as I was participating in the enthusiasm, I experienced an energy-eruption in the pit of my stomach, like the enthusiasm ‘felt better’ in the put of my stomach. I also experienced a slight vibration in my body – like, elevated, when my energies changed from boredom and apathy to enthusiasm. My eyes in this energies felt more open, crisp and clear.
Negative Dimensions External Changes:
I noticed that as I was participating in the Negative Dimensions of the Character/Personality that, I was starting to physically slouch in my chair, like my body going limp / apathetic.
Positive Dimensions External Changes:
I noticed that as I was participating in the Positive Dimensions of the Character/Personality that, I was feeling more ‘strength’ in my body, like – starting to move my body to sit more upright, essentially readying myself to walk away from the responsibility and go do that ‘Something Else’.
Consequence Dimension:
Within the CONSEQUENCE and REDEFINITION Dimension, one essentially ‘summarize’ the process / encapsulate the process that self has walked within the Character/Personality, as a holistic ‘coming-together’ / ‘puzzling together’ the process of walking from the OLD into the NEW. As has been said: “For the New to manifest/be here, the Old must Pass/Come to an End”, and so the Consequence and Redefinition Dimension is walking self through the “Eye of the Needle”, from the Past into and as the HERE of self and self’s living within self and self’s world/reality.
Redefinition Dimension:
Within the Redefinition Dimension, one want to have a look at what was the Relationship between the Character/Personality and Consequence, meaning: if we have a look at the Postponement Character/Personality and its Consequence – the primary relationship was to Responsibility, that the primary consequence was responsibilities accumulating and compromising/sabotaging opportunities/relationships in one’s world/reality with accepting and allowing self’s relationship to responsibility/obligations to be existent within/as the Personality of Postponement.
So, here, with Redefining Self’s Relationship to Responsibility/Obligation, one essentially ask the question “Who am I as Responsibility/Obligation?” At the moment, with walking all the Dimensions of the Character/Personality, self got to know the Postponement Character/Personality in its relationship to Responsibility/Obligation, that self had essentially utilized Responsibility/Obligation to feed/evolve the Postponement Character/Personality, instead of living Responsibility/Obligation in equality and oneness with self and self’s world/reality.
