Why do we smile to someone?
L and i ate dinner outside and the waitress was talking about many things. L and i laughed, but the laughter was just done to please the waitress , as she also served us before, we “felt obligated to smile to her”. The starting point of the smile/laughter was separation instead of smile as self-expression.
The muscles are part of the body and all are expressions of oneself. The movement of muscles are self movements. To use the muscles of the face to smile to someone to strengthen a relationship is of the mind, therefore not real, because the relationship exist in the mind as one connects one person to an idea, belief etc. It does not exist in this physical reality. It only exist in ones mind.
Self-forgiveness to stop the mind:
I forgive myself that i accepted and allowed myself to believe that smile and laughter is used to strengthen relationship ties as i identify as the ego/personality.
I forgive myself that i accepted and allowed myself to use smile and laughter to covertly spite someone.
I forgive myself that i accepted and allowed myself to use smile and laughter to get someone to like me
I forgive myself that i accepted and allowed myself to use smile and laughter to flirt with someone
Self corrective statements: I am one and equal as the movement of all parts of my body. I am one and equal as my smile. I am one and equal as all life.
Self corrective application: When and as i see myself go into a pattern of self manipulation and beliefs – i stop – i breath and let go. i realise it requires my participation in beliefs for it to exist. I realise this is not what is best for me and not what is best for all. I stop participation.
