The message of Desteni is really simple and common sensical. It is straight to the point.

It’s a message that requires one to take self-responsibility for/as all LIFE . This is self-realization in a nutshell.

I was indoctrinated that self-realization comes from a guru, so i did not really know how this process of self-perfection can be done practically. It was so difficult for me to ‘understand’ when i started looking at it (2006 or start of 2007). I watched the videos of Desteni on the internet day in and day out (about 8 hrs a day or more) ‘trying to understand’ how i can apply this process . I had been a ‘yogi’ for 29 yrs. I had friends in the group for that long and was a senior member of that group. It was not easy to let go of all that – but i eventually did and i am glad i did. Most of them are still my Facebook friends as i write.

I had been investigating  many groups that taught about the subject of self-realization. I believed that the REAL SELF is something that can only be ‘attained by surrendering to the guru’ – who i defined as someone more knowledgeable than me – who can give me liberation from bondage. I believed i cannot do it myself because i am powerless as the ego . This was what the spiritual texts said – so i took it as my truth. That was my biggest mistake. I did not consider the fact that i am Life itself.

Meditating on a mantra ( a combination of Sanskrit words which means “I am that”  ) gave me bliss,  but i was totally unaware of what i was doing. I was just doing meditation because it gave me bliss – which can also be a belief that i manifest – as i believed i will get bliss when i meditate. I was taught surrendering to the guru is a way of liberating me from the ego – not realizing that that is the ego – within judgment, where i see the guru more than me – someone who i had to surrender to . I did not see that i was actually  judging him.

When in a state of bliss (mind created) it was difficult to see the mess in Life. It was easy to just live – day in and day out doing what I normally do –  and not change. Why change when I defined change as uncomfortable? I was comfortable in just doing yoga, meditation and chanting. I was blissful – so why should i change?

It was in 2006  when i started to do a website about Universal Love and Peace . I was trying to unite different ‘spiritual’ groups – believing that i can change this world if i do that. What i did not realize was that i was doing it from a point of separation (from/as life).

The decision to do self-forgiveness came when I read a letter from Osho – from the interdimensional portal telling me that this is indeed impossible as i was doing it from a point of separation. I did not quite understand the letter then, but when i started self-forgiveness, it all made sense to me. It was when i was reading the Veno self-forgiveness list aloud that i understood what Desteni meant – that i participated in the creation of how this world functions through my acceptances and allowances.

I was diagnosed with 4th stage breast cancer in 2008 – so i was able to test the self-forgiveness fully at that point. I did self-forgiveness for fear of death, identification with the body etc.  I looked at the commonsense of what was in front of me – death. I can either die or transcend death. I took it as a way to know who i really am. I was told by my doctors that there were no guarantees that i will live – so i refused chemotherapy and radiation. I had surgery because my breast was growing ten-fold. The surgeon told me horrible stories of people who refused chemotherapy who died with rotting breasts wherein their relatives refused to even see them – so they died alone. The surgeon told me after the operation that he’s pleased with the result of the operation. He was surprised to see that there were no new growths. He told me that normally, a week after the operation, growths reappear. After a year, i got a blood test and it was normal.

After the operation, i got separated and then got divorced a year later. I lived alone for 2 and 1/2 yrs. after that and decided to devote my time to my process. That was a point in my life where the only thing that made sense was self-forgiveness and self correction. I can truly say that this process assisted me in seeing that it was possible to direct myself and birth myself here for real.

When i enrolled at the Desteni I Process course in 2010 i was taught how to do a mind construct. I was able to do a food mind construct ,  a beauty and sex mind construct. I was able to see how i designed my beliefs, judgments etc. within food, sex and beauty.  That was when i understood how i accepted and allowed myself to become who i am and how i can direct myself to let go of  that limited perception of myself and birth me here as Self as LIFE.

That was a ‘relief’ . To me that was a gift of life.

That was when i heard the Desteni message.

After i was able to see the commonsense in the process i was doing, I began looking at the Equal Money System. I translated the EMS from English to Filipino. When i was reading the texts that i was going to translate, i was ‘impressed’ by the simplicity and commonsense behind it.

The BIG – Basic Income Grant is already being adopted by some countries which makes it a viable starting point, and from there, the Equal Life Party will begin running in mainstream politics with a platform of establishing  Equal Money for All. No guru has offered a real solution like this one -with a timetable specified of 10 years for its establishment. I suggest people look at this.

This is the real answer that we have been waiting for.

When i went to the west, i saw how cats are being treated as pets. Pet owners give them food and shelter. Where i came from, the cats (stray cats) have to steal fried fish from the kitchen to survive – then they get kicked by humans for doing that. We lived in a small town where people have no money to survive, so there’s no money to buy cat food to feed cats. The groceries do not even sell cat food. We sometimes give them fish bones when we have left over food.

I realized that for us to take care of  animals, money is needed. In the Equal Money System, equal amount of money will  be given to everyone so we will have money to buy food for cats. This will ensure that not only will humans be able to get the basic necessities to survive but animals’s needs will also be considered. Food will be available for animals to survive.

It is cool to see that animals are being given food and shelter in the west. I came from a third world country where dogs are not being given adequate food and shelter. Most of the time, stray dogs have to steal food from people’s bags and then get kicked for doing that. Worse, people sometimes kill them and eat them.

Money is the root cause of all this. People do not have money to even get food for themselves. Where will they get money to feed the dogs? Equal Money for all from birth to death will ensure we have money to feed dogs.

L and i were invited to come to the new restaurant of a friend who also owns another restaurant where we were given free meals for about a month. This free meal was given because the owner and me were talking about me creating recipes that she can put in her restaurant menu. This time i am not creating any recipe for the owner.

We were getting ready to go to the restaurant when L said ‘I hope she is there so that we can get it for free’. I suggested for us to do self-forgiveness because i can see the enslavement of us within wanting something for free. This can be impulsed by the media and different businesses where they give us freebies and upon reaching for it, they impulse us to buy their product through words, pictures etc.We are not here, the personality is here. The freebies became more than who we are and us less than who we are. Our desire is directing us rather than us directing us here.

Here is L’s self-forgiveness :

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to ‘hope’ to get ‘free’ food at D’s Vegetarian restaurant instead of realizing that my ‘hoping’ to get free food is contingent upon me existing within the belief that I do not ‘have’ enough, and so therefore create a personality of desiring free things so that I can be happy. When and as I see myself existing in ‘hope’, I stop; I breathe and I let go, and realize that supporting this gives me a reason to exist within the personality of ‘hope’ and ‘despair’ in which I create experiences from this polarity and live those experiences as if they are actually me living as Self. I do not accept or allow myself to exist within the belief that I do not ‘have’ enough. I do not accept or allow myself to create a personality of desiring free things so that I can be happy. I do not accept or allow myself to exist within the personality of ‘hope’ and ‘despair’ in which I create experiences from this polarity and live those experiences as if they are actually me living as Self. This is not what is best for me, and not what is best for all. Therefore, I stop my participation – L.P.

I realized i have the same points before because i would normally go to free events and ask friends to come – then if they sell me something after the events, i will buy them – having enjoyed the freebies and grateful that they gave me freebies. This made me enslaved by freebies rather than direct me from a true starting point – of buying things from the starting point of what is best for all.

Here’s my Self-forgiveness:

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to want to go to events that are free where my starting point of going is based on my personality’s defining myself within freebies better than no freebies – and so i become enslaved by the people giving these freebies away to lure minds who like freebies to buy their advertising – and then buy their product in the future – rather than realize that i can direct me to buy or not buy a product from the starting point of what is best for all.

When and as i see myself wanting freebies – i stop – i breath and let go. I realize that this is based on me defining myself from a past experience of myself where i attended a free event and ‘feel good’ about the music and/or food given – defining myself within ‘feeling good’ as i identify as the personality defined by freebies and no freebies – a polarity that is of the mind based on limitation. I realised this gives me a feeling that i as the personality existing within those self-imposed limitation is real when it is not real because i just conjured that in my mind and that i can only be okay if i feel good – defining myself within a belief that when i feel good i am okay and when i don’t feel good, i am not okay. This is making me exist in a limited imaginary world of the mind rather than be here as all parts of me as life. I stop participation  because this not what is best for me and not what is best for all.

There is no salvation in time. You cannot be free in the future. Presence is the key to freedom, so you can only be free NOW. ~ Eckhart Tolle

The message that Eckhart is giving us ‘sounds true’  but let’s look closely at this quote

I would like to look at his definition of freedom. The dictionary definition of freedom is:

Noun

The condition of being free; the power to act or speak or think without externally imposed restraints

Looking closely, we can see that freedom has been defined from a perceived separation point of view of the ego-personality  where the word freedom was defined within the polarity of freedom and control or  externally imposed restraints. The word time was defined within a polarity of time and no time. This is the personality perceiving itself separate from all parts of itself as LIFE that is saying this. It is perceiving itself separate from words and defining itself within polarity.

The ego-personality works for what is GOOD or BAD deciding from the basis of CONTROL or FREEDOM – existing in a limited perspective of life rather than working for WHAT IS BEST for ALL in giving ALL  (SELF as LIFE) equal chance to live in dignity where we can have a world that truly honors life.

Commonsense:

We are one and equal with the words we speak

Self-honesty:

The starting point of this quote is the ego-personality perceiving itself separate from all life

I will put my shoes in Eckhart’s shoes (me as Eckhart Tolle) and I will do self-forgiveness for perceived separation from the words freedom, time, presence and now.  I do this to clear my starting point from ego-personality to being one and equal as words as Self as All Life
