What Is Food Art?
I went and looked at the world web to find out. Here’s what i found:
Art

The creation of beautiful or significant things
Food
Noun:
1.Any substance that can be metabolized by an animal to give energy and build tissue
2.Anything that provides mental stimulus for thinking
My take on this:
The mind requires energy to survive and it gets the energy it needs from the food we eat. Animals and plants give their lives for us to survive. We eat and prepare them for food – but the unacceptable part of eating is that we are currently using them to satisfy our urge to express ourselves – as the personality/ego self – because we art as an expression of the personality. The personality uses ones expression to please others or make money from food art.This is our personality expressing itself – perceiving the food – as plants and animals – separate from itself – within judgment – that the human is more than an animal and a plant – and that the animal or plant is less than the human. The fact is that we will all end up as dust on the earth when the body dies – so we are one and equal as each other.

Art as an expression of the personality/Ego Self is of the mind. Real self-expression is oneness and equality as all life. How can real self-expression happen when one identifies as the personality/Ego Self?
It can’t. Let’s stop abuse of other life forms. Let’s stop the mind – within desire.

When restaurants present food this way as an expression of art as the personality/Ego self- the personalities running the restaurants are doing that for money – and money within the current monetary system is distributed unequally – so judgments and beliefs of that personality/ego self come forth. Capitalism is clearly being supported here.
