I do self-forgiveness for what i accepted and allowed in my world that is not best for all concerned (not best for the body either ) and essentially , not best for me either.

Eating Chips for Entertainment Instead of Eating Chips To Support the Body To Survive Optimally
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to eat chips to entertain myself instead of realizing i have to redefine the word chips and find out which chips will assist my body to survive optimally and iff i cannot find any – to create a recipe for chips to assist my body.
Example of a Self correction Script:
1. When i see myself eating chips to entertain myself instead of instead of assisting my body to survive optimally
I realized that i connected chips to that memory of when i was a child eating chips with my friends in school having a good time and laughing together – connecting chips to a feeling of happiness where i desire happiness which is being fuelled by my fear of sadness, I am assisting myself to redefine the word chips as equal to my expression, releasing the positive and negative charge i gave the word and apply myself accordingly in my written and spoken expression.
When i am faced with a similar situation, i will stop, breathe through the desire and change my starting point, from self-interest to what is best for all, my body – as who i am is the breath in my body moving me here in every moment.
