How do we help or assist others as ourselves?
I was assisting someone for a while and so i invited him to the self-forgiveness group that i belong. He was attending different groups while i was assisting him and had difficulty with money so he decided to have a break from the coaching.
The assistance i was giving him was showing him who he was within what he wrote or said. I am doing the same process that he was doing. It was not about him liking or not liking me and what i say nor was it about me liking or not liking what he said or wrote. It was about birthing me here as life and assisting him to do the same – as me. I am not above him nor below him. I treat him as an equal within our process.
The self-forgiveness group is a group where we assist one another through self-forgiveness. One day i posted some self-forgiveness to assist another friend regarding abuse. I put my shoes in her shoes and started to do self-forgiveness for abuse. The next day i went and looked at my notifications. Someone liked my post so i visited the group’s page and i saw that someone posted a comment in one of my post – a self-forgiveness post. It was him.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to judge myself when i feel good when people like my post in Facebook-making me special – making me more than myself and seeing others as less than myself existing within competition designed through comparison judgment and jealousy.

“Are you going to be repeating these sf statements life long. Obviously, it didn’t release you permanently, the same thing keeps coming back again and again, it has become a mantra to temporarily free you.” TN

No, TN - SF statements are not to be repeated. We speak it once and then we walk the correction. If and when we come back to a point, a pattern, an experience (which we will because they are created a layer) and we still participate from the same starting-point, it is either because we were not specific enough in our SF and thus missed points/parts/layers or it is because we have not allowed ourselves to change, in which what is required is the practical application of change. Thus – if we find ourselves repeating SF statements, this would be cool to look at.
Because if you have a look at your words, they are not placed as support but rather criticizing in a expression of annoyance. What I suggest is to look at ‘who’ you were within writing this comment and investigate possible points of projected Judgment and Jealousy.AT

Instead of answering this from the starting point of me separate from him- where i will judge what he said as good or bad, here is how i assist him as me :
I would do self-forgiveness for what he said – as i stand as him here.
First i will forgive myself for separating myself from words – as i see words separate from me as the ego-personality. I am not here – the personality is here. Words became more than or less than me and people became more than or less than myself because I connected words to words and i connected words to people – through the beliefs, judgments etc. i have given them .
In the succeeding parts of this blog, i will show how i correct myself by using self-forgiveness and self correction in my process of birthing me here as life.
