D, had been L’s friend since he was very young. I noticed though that L was not sharing his process with him. 2 weeks ago, we visited him because he needed a lift to buy tv. When we arrived at his girlfriend’s place (he stayed there that day), he figured since the tv was big and will not fit inside L’s car, he decided he will just rent a uhaul rental car to get the tv.
We stayed for two hrs , chatting to him about self-forgiveness. L and i answered most of his questions. we laughed with him about everyday “experiences” and he agreed that self-forgiveness is cool, but he does not like to do it yet.
The next day, L called him to find out if he needed a lift to work. He said yes, so we went and gave him a ride to work. On the way to work, L started to talk about a bus line running from where he lives to where he works. L told him there is a bus line running from where he lives . In the middle of the discussion, the disagreement between them “escalated”. Both of them looks like they were ready to have a fight. L did self-forgiveness aloud and as he did that D calmed down and when he stopped doing that, D gets more aggressive. D got a bit closer to L. D put his finger on L’s forehead. D was at the back and L was driving. I was in front of the car listening to both of them. They were close to fighting. At that point, i did self-forgiveness aloud. That’s when D stopped and went out of the car.
I looked at my fear of being near people who are fighting, fear of being hit by someone and fear of unconsciousness that can result from getting hit.
I realised that both of L and D’s points i share. So, below are my self-forgiveness statement for all as all.

*Fear of unconsciousness that can result from getting hit by someone in a fight
*Fear of confrontation
*Fear of being independent
*Dependence on someone to be driven around
*identification with the body
*Identification with the ego/personality

*Belief that when i help others i am doing them a favor
I forgive myself that i accepted and allowed myself to believe that when i help others i am doing them a favor
*Fear of being near people who are fighting
I forgive myself that i accepted and allowed myselfto fear being near people who are fighting
*Fear of being hit by someone
I forgive myself that i accepted and allowed myself to fear being hit by someone
*Fear of unconsciousness that can result from getting hit by someone in a fight
I forgive myself that i accepted and allowed myself to fear unconsciousness that can result from getting hit by someone in a fight
*Fear of confrontation
I forgive myself that i accepted and allowed myself to fear confrontation
*Fear of being independent
I forgive myself that i accepted and allowed myself to be independent
*Dependence on someone to drive me around
I forgive myself that i accepted and allowed myself to depend on someone to drive me around
*identification with the body
I forgive myself that i accepted and allowed myself to identify with the body
*Identification with the ego/personality
I forgive myself that i accepted and allowed myself to identify with the ego/personality

When and as i see myself going into a pattern of fear – i stop- i breath .
